Refund policy



MONOBOSS offers:

Nationwide delivery – Rs. 300*
International Delivery – Standard Rate of $50 applicable.
For nationwide delivery of orders, we may take 3-7 working days.
For international deliveries, estimated delivery time will be subject to the policies of the courier servicing company.

Sizes not in stock may take 15 working days for the product to be ready for dispatch.
*In case of a change in size after the order receipt, delivery charges will be borne by the customer.


If you are not satisfied with our product (for example damaged), you can avail of our 7 days return & exchange policy for a Refund/Exchange. *

To request a refund/exchange, contact us at +92 306 6662677 or please email us at or fill out the contact form on our website with your order number and courier the product back to us. Your request will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the shoes back at our return address.

*Customer can return his/her order after receipt if a product is different from what is mentioned on our webstore.

Please note that custom-made shoes are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty. *Please note that shoes returned to us without the original packaging or with scratched or damaged soles may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Therefore, we encourage our customers to keep the original packaging for use in the possibility of a return/exchange situation. Any return/exchange requests received outside 7 days after delivery are accepted only at the discretion of MONOBOSS.

Note: Products purchased during sale events or clearance sections are only eligible for exchanges subject to availability of the size.
